Julian has been cooking since he was 12.

Our head chef first worked in a kitchen at the Bake House in Ruthin as a schoolboy. At 18 he joined the four star Chester Grosvenor Hotel where he worked for 14 years, catering for various Royal Weddings on his way to being made Sous Chef. He has owned Julian's since 2004.
