A rich baked chocolate fondant pudding. (Sink into the warm molten chocolate fondant centre). Served with blackcurrant and liquorice ice cream

Pear Belle Helene
Homemade brandy snap, vanilla ice cream and poached pear topped with hot Belgian chocolate sauce.

Individual Baked Alaska
A layer of liquor soaked sponge under Cornish vanilla ice cream coated with fired Italian meringue. Garnished with chocolate and mango coulis

Lemon Meringue Pie
Smooth lemon filled pastry. Topped with fired Italian meringue.

Crème Brulee
Rich baked brulee custard garnished with berries and a topping of sugar bark

Three cheeses served with biscuits, celery, grapes & chutney. £7.50.

Red Fox
A Red Leicester type cheese with a full nutty, butterscotch flavour and a salty crunch.
Made by Beltons in Shropshire. Named after the fox featured on the weather vane at the farm.  
Made with vegetarian rennet and pasteurised milk.

Ticklemore Goat
A delicate, crumbly goat’s cheese from Totnes in Devon. Lightly pressed in baskets and matured for just 2-3 months giving it a lovely white colour and mild flavour.
Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet

Takes its name from the Welsh town were its made. Made from mature cheddar cheese blended with whole-grain mustard and Welsh ale. It has a full tangy mustard flavour.
Made with pasteurized milk and vegetarian rennet.

Shropshire Blue
Interestingly, Shropshire Blue cheese has no connection with Shropshire! First made in the 1970s at the Castle Stuart Dairy in Inverness, Scotland. This one is made in Ludlow Shropshire.

Snowdonia Extra Mature Cheddar
Our best selling cheese! This very creamy, tangy cheddar is sometimes called “black bomber” on account of its black wax covering. Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet

Colston Basset Stilton
Given its name by the village of Stilton, just south of Peterborough, where it was first traded. The only stilton still made completely by hand, it has a smooth creamy texture with a complex blue taste. Made with pasteurized milk and vegetarian rennet.
