"
Julian's restaurant is a very friendly restaurant to have that special meal, the food and service is
second to none,if you would like a great meal for two why not try the chateau briand but you
need to order in advance, and you might find you don't require a starter as it is very filling,
we have been to julian's many times and his themed nights are something to behold, all in all
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good food.

"Once again I have had the pleasure of going on one of the excellent courses Julian offers on his days off. The day starts at 1000 and carries on until 230pm when partners are invited to taste what has been created.
On this occasion we made his excellent mushroom soup followed by two types of bread, followed by a chicken main and for me pork mirabelle. The sweet was a chocolate fondant with liquid centre.
With Julian's great guidance, we achieved success, with the odd glass of wine included, some did go into the food, honest.
Julian's patience is legendary and I always pick up little things I can transfer into my own cooking. I would recommend one of his courses without hesitation and they also come with a voucher to spend in the restaurant next time you visit.
A very big 5 stars again.
If Julian has the patience to teach me he can teach anyone."

"Once again we when visiting this fine restaurant we had excellent food, service and entertainment. The evening was a themed night based on the 1920s. Even the staff got involved in the fancy dress. The food was once again excellent with the food based on authentic twenties recipes.
The food was just enlighten and not overpriced. Wine our usual excellent house white.
Will review again in the new year, have already booked for Burns night."
