2024 is a big year for us at Julian’s.
In 2004, we opened our doors for the first time, focusing on excellent food and friendly service.
We have always prided ourselves on our food, serving international and modern British cuisine.
Julian has been a chef for more than 40 years and started his distinguished career at the age of 12 when he worked at the Bake House in Ruthin as a schoolboy.
At 18 he joined the four star Chester Grosvenor Hotel, spending 14 years catering for countless occasions and various Royal Weddings and working his way up to the position of Sous Chef.
Julian and Jackie met when Julian was head chef at the Wheatsheaf and we have owned Julian’s since 2004.
