Jackie is Julian's wife and business partner.
She looks after front of house and guarantees you a great welcome and excellent service throughout your evening.

Head chef

Julian has been a chef for almost 40 years and started his distinguished career at the age of 12 when he worked at the Bake House in Ruthin as a schoolboy.
At 18 he joined the four star Chester Grosvenor Hotel, spending 14 years catering for countless occasions and various Royal Weddings and working his way up to the position of Sous Chef.
He and Jackie have owned Julian’s since 2004.

Angie is Jackie's sister and has been helping at Julian's since the start.
Angie is a trained chef by trade and also helps Julian in the kitchen.
